Re-Pressurize the Space Room is part of Vella's Storyline in Broken Age.

Pick up the Talking Knife. Head into the next area. Look at large crack in the wall and pull out the helmet. Use the knife on the lower frayed part of the hose. This will give you the Small Piece of Hose. Use the piece on the broken machine, connecting the bottom tube with the top tube. Go back and climb up the hose. Use the talking knife at the top. This will give you the Long Hose. Use it on the middle tube on both the left and right machines.
